I received an "underground" document containing instructions for implementing
Peered list suggestions.  Are there official instructions on implementing
Peered Filelists (I know how to implement peered lists)?  Specifically,
I'm a little unclear on if the /...L/ flags make local files available only
from the local LISTSERV or if they are hidden from the other filelists peers.
Also, does anyone use this feature?  This was the first I'd heard of it.
