Ok, does anyone out there know the order that listserv processes
information.  Is it first come first served with timestamp, or does it take
in jobs and put in a que to be processed in whatever order.  Where I can
find this information, are there log files on it or documentation in the
manuals anywhere.  Need to solve a development problem, any help is
appreciated.
