The two simplest options are to use either the special LISTSERV e-mail
address:

  [log in to unmask]

or a link to the list's online archives page:

  http://listserv.domain.com/SCRIPTS/WA-CS-TEST.EXE?SUBED1=listname&A=1

Mail sent to the e-mail address will cause a signoff event for the userid
in the From: line (no command is required and the body of the message is
discarded).

The web link is in Windows format, but it illustrates the point.  Note that
the options 'SUBED1' and 'A=1' are required in order to go directly to the
list's Signup/Signoff page.  Alternatively, you can just direct them to the
list's front page and they can follow the link from there.

Both of these links can be included in a footer if you like, to simplify
adding them into each list post.
