Could it be that one of your address is listed below the "Quiet:" keyword?
If so, that would explain it.  This keyword tells Listserv that every owner=
definition listed below it is not to receive any daily or error reports and
is not to be forwarded a copy of requests to be subscribed.  However, they
are allowed to issue commands to manage the list as the other owners listed
about the Quiet: keywoard are.  Hope this helps.
