Dear Listserv Wizards,
 
The University of Alaska is trying to set up two listservers, one for
rural students and staff in the roadless Arctic, the other for about
three hundred scientists from sixteen nations in the circumpolar
north.  We need to find either 1) Listserv software that will run on
a VAX/VMS system or 2) a remote host in an university setting.
 
Do any of you know if VAX/VMS software is yet available?
 
If not, do any of you know of a university or college that would be
willing to help the University of Alaska do one or both of these lists
on a remote server?
 
Any advice or suggestions would be deeply appreciated.  Please reply
