The plot thickens. I ended up looking at the code for EXPLODE,
and determined that it explicitly adds the local node back in
after processing the WITHOUT parameters. I don't think this is
quite the correct behavior.
 
I'll work around it by manually editing the MOVE job it does
produce, but I think EXPLODE should obey what I tell it,
including excluding the local node if necessary.
