Even inactive lists should have their archives written to optical media for delivery to the owners.
I have not cleaned up our lists for 5 years. It is time I do it too.
We have Changelog set on for all lists so that is the only place I need to look for activity. A 15 month no activity check is good for us because it covers the once a year announcement lists.
