This is what you called a garbled  file, one where a run of binary zeroes
has been put somewhere where it  doesn't belong. Probably a PUT8806 RSCS,
but we've not been  able to locate it. FRULM11 is  not affected, US sites
are not  affected, but all  sites past FRULM11 are  affected (sometimes).
The  interesting news  is that  neither  FRULM11 nor  its adjacent  node,
FRORS12, touched their RSCS recently.
