List-wide subscription changes

I went to review a list and found the following at the bottom:
* Total number of "concealed" subscribers:        3262
* Total number of users subscribed to the list:   2733  (non-"concealed"
only)
* Total number of local host users on the list:      0  (non-"concealed"
only)

How do I change the option for the "conceal" users to "noconceal"?

I have tried the following command, but I get back that it is an invalid
subscription option:
SET LISTNAME NOCONCEAL *

Any ideas?
