You  can call  REXX  functions from  within  a MAILFORM,  so  just put  a
function  call with  the subscriber's  address as  argument, and  write a
piece of REXX that  tests for local nodeids and returns  either '' or the
blurb of your choice. XEDIT $DEFAULT  MAILFORM and look for LSVFDATE() or
LSVREMRK for an example.
