POSTMASTER is simply a userid under VMS and the owner of this userid at
SEMAX51 has just made the Personal Name in VMS MAIL for POSTMASTER "General
Delivery" (valid but not a very good choice).  I have a POSTMASTER userid on
my VAXen but the Real Name is Jim Gerland so that people know who to contact
for help, etc.
