add SUBJECTHDR to the default options of your list's header:

as in:

Default-Options=Repro,SubjectHDR,Nomime,REVIEW

that will catch all new subscribers.. for people already subscribed. either
your or they will have to send the

SET ListNAME SUBJECTHDR

or for the listowner to do it:

SET ListNAME SUBJECTHDR for *@*

note: there are those who say you should not change subscriber's
subscription options without asking them.. a very few may have a special
HDR option set.. but it's you're list ;-)

IF you want the "tag" to be different than the list's name.. ie:
[L-L] instead of [LSTSRV-L]

also put the following in your list's header:

Subject-Tag= L-L

changing "L-L" to whatever you want the tag to be.
