YOu need to allow sendmail to receive mail from any possible origin domain if it
is addressed to LISTSERV@...  this is the primary job of all mail servers.  But
you don't need to allow it to re-send (relay) mail not addressed on to any other
domain.  If it is not addressed to LISTSERV@ or onw of the various related
aliases and list-alaises it should be rejected.
