What is the relation if any between RDR MODULE on LISTSERV 191 and the
RDR MODULE on MAINT 190 (S-disk)?  I ask because CMS RECEIVE fails to
work if I have LISTSERV 191 accessed.  RECEIVE calls RDR, picks up the
LISTSERV version, which results in a message to the effect
 
Invalid parameter MSGSUBS -- RECEIVE EXEC S line 214
 
Examining RECEIVE EXEC, I find lines 211-214 to read
 
* VM32507 changed the following line to add MSGSUBS.
RDR (LIFO MSGSUBS
&AIG = &CONCAT OF RDR &RC
&IF &RC ^= 23 &GOTO -&AIG
