Am resending this again, seems I purged it when I was cleaning out RSCS's
reader yesterday.

You may want to warn your listowners that issuing the above without the
'quiet' prefix will result in mail being sent to everyone on the list,
notifying them that their option has been set.  Am now in the progress
of purging over 3,000 notification in RSCS's reader  :-( .
