I just had v1.4 hang - actually looping - sending a rejection notice to
my postmasters  using DOUBLE duoble-quotes on the name in the To: address.
    What did I screw up?  Does code not check to see if string is already
quoted.  (Postmater addresses are NOT quoted again inside LSV$PROF !!!
What do I do before it happens again an fills my spool!
