Sites TUCC, UNC, Duke, and NCSU wish to have a data-base of userids and
names distributed between these sites.
We're meeting tomorrow to discuss implementing.
Two primary plans are under consideration:
1. TUCC becomes a NETSERV site, running whatever netserv does (I don't know).
2. We all use our LISTSERV's to do it.
   for instance, we all have a users-l list with subscription local
   and review public.
  (I don't know much about Eric's data base capability.)
 
Question: Has anyone implemented something like this, either using
          listserv or something else.
