Here at Ryerson we are going through our annual end-of-semester
spool clutter. Every semester students will signup to mailing lists
and forget to signoff when they leave for the summer. Has anyone
developed software to examine the rdr's of expired accounts and
auto-delete them from mailing lists?. We are planning on developing
a program to do this for us and would prefer not to re-invent the wheel.
How do other institutions handle mailing lists cleanups after students
have graduated/left for the summer?.
