Niall: It sounds just like the NETNEWS server that I just started looking
into.. It basically does that, but also does automatic old-msgs clean-up,
and has nice user interface (from what I read in its manual - we haven't
installed it yet), it's more like a 'bulletin board' than a
'list server'.. .. Look into LISTSERV@PSUVM's archives..
