The list probably is archived in monthly notebook, the september notebook
has been erased  manually (like TELL LISTSERV CMS ERASE  SAS-L LOG8810 *)
and  a DATABASE  REFRESH was  not done,  thus LSVDBS  complained about  a
missing  file. The  documented way  of deleting  old notebooks  is LSVPUT
SAS-L LOG8810 (DELETE, which should refresh the database index.
