The 'title' is the first line of the list header.

* Clayart                  <- This line is the 'Title'
* Review= Owner
* Subscription= Open, confirm
* Send= Editor, hold
* Notify= No
* ...

Your list appears to be configured correctly, so if this is not what you
get, then some mail rewriting is happening somewhere.  You'll need to
followup to see what was changed on your server.
