I am very sorry to hear about Eric's decision to abandon centralized
maintenance of PEERS NAMES and LINKSWT FILE, as this will certainly
damage if not destroy the usability of the LISTSERV network.  Not that I
don't sympathize with the frustration that lead him to this point, but I
cannot help feeling that it is a serious mistake.
