* Default-Options=REVIEW
* Filter=Also, his-known-email-addresses

(do a search (e.g. alta-vista, etc.) on his name to turn up any addresses
you don't yet know about).

With Default-Options=REVIEW new subscribers will start out
moderated. When an offensive post comes through, delete his
subscription and add that address to the Filter. When someone new
posts who obviously is not him, SET listname NOREVIEW FOR their
address.

You can also have Subscription=By Owner and have people fill out a
questionnaire before you'll let them on the list. He could fake it of
course, but it might not be worth his while.
