Irix HPO and Sendmail vs NT and LSMTP

Hi all,
   Our Irix HPO license is getting ready to expire and we are looking into
switching platforms to an NT-based Listserv + LSMTP combo. We have 2 lists
one with about 40K people and the other with about 80K people on it. They
are both one-way news and announcement lists. I was wondering if anyone has
done anything similar (i.e. switch from Unix/VM to NT) and what your
experience was.
