Error 13 when aliases script runs.

Hello ALL,
I'm new to the list and new to mainting a listserv.  I am having problems
with my production machine.  For some reason when lsv_amin command is run
it always fails giving an "Error(13) A call to fopen()failed."  the
listserv software is running on a RH 6.2 linux box.  Any help would be
appreciated.
