Are you still listed as admin for the application? ... or at least as an editor with review /get/put privileges?
Lastly, are you able to ping that machine?  If the server is off site, it could be that it is off the network?  Are others receiving their emails?
If you are able to get onto the machine, you may try running the "go" command if no one else is getting any mail either.  Double check the listserv.log file.  Good luck.
