Dear LSTSRV-L Members,

We enthusiastically invite all of you, as LISTSERV(R) site administrators, to participate in L-Soft's LISTSERV Choice Awards competition. The 2009-10 LISTSERV Choice Awards or "The Mailys" are a unique, worldwide recognition program for opt-in email communication excellence. The LISTSERV Choice Awards honor the most successful, beneficial and exemplary usage of email list technology.

There are two main ways to participate, and we encourage you to both: 

- Nominate LISTSERV email lists and LISTSERV Maestro email marketing campaigns and
- Vote for nominated lists -- even every 24 hours -- to help determine which nominees will be among the finalists from which the winner will be selected

Nominations

As site administrators, you are welcome to nominate the lists you oversee and to spread the word about the awards to list owners. All types of opt-in email lists are eligible to participate, including newsletters, discussion lists, announcement lists and email marketing campaigns, provided that they run on LISTSERV or LISTSERV Maestro technology.

The first 10 valid nominations received from LSTSRV-L subscribers that include a postal mailing address will receive a brand new L-Soft tote bag, and all nominations with a postal mailing address will receive an L-Soft promotional item. In addition, each month of the award nomination process, a drawing will be held to select three nominators to receive a new LISTSERV t-shirt.

An L-Soft jury will select the Grand Prize Winner from the three finalists that have the highest total number of votes in the program's monthly public voting contests. Polls will close on July 1, 2010.
