There are some weird mods to CMS NOTE that produce this; I have seen it
on some ANLOS-generated mail, and also at UCCCVM1; it is reasonably
consistent with the nodes but I do not know the exact cause.  I seem to
recall that peeking the mailfile showed the user's name to be enclosed
in brackets:  <John Doe>    (phonenum)   USERID at NODE
