In the LISTAFD memo (I feel like I've almost read ALL of the listserv
documentation), there is mention that there is a note that the PW add
function may have been disabled or restricted by the local LISTSERV
management.  Since I am the local LISTSERV management :-(  could someone
please explain how I can control whether someone either from my node
or someone trying to afd to my node can set a password?
