Where can I find documentation for the embedded 'plus' commands (+BB, +EB, +SB,
etc.) in LISTSERV 1.8e web templates? I have checked the List Owner's Manual,
the Site Manager's Manual, and the Developer's Guide, but did not find the
information I am seeking. I am virtually certain some of them serve the same
purpose as similar documented 'dot' commands (.IM, .SE, .BB, etc.), but there
seem to be several 'plus' commands which do not have documented 'dot'
equivalents.
