Two questions, both relating to the very first ("Return-Path") line:

1. Who generates this line? (My guess for the answer is gatekeeper
.cca.rockwell.com .) Is it done using the information in the RFC-821
"Mail From:" header line?

2. How did the extra "<" (after the "owner-piporg-l") get there?
