I mis-remembered.  The file name is  listkwd.file and it would be in
~/listserv/home (LISTSERV's 'main' directory).  It is a text file.  Look to see
if it has the word 'Attachments' in it.

If it does not, then download  ftp://ftp.lsoft.com/listserv/unix/common.tar.Z
and untar.  The file will be found there.  Copy it to ~/listserv/home.

When running 'make update'  you should first 'touch' all the files in the
'scratch' directory so they will be newer than any files installed elsewhere.
Then 'make update' will work correctly.
