text/plain (22 lines)
Hi All,

My organization has a new mail server/gateway (Exchange 2003) that is
enforcing a 72 character limit on the line length of my outgoing plain
text emails. When I issue a GET command for some notebook archives,
they arrive to me ok, everything properly formatted. But when I send
it back to listserv, my outgoing mail server inserts linefeeds at
column 72. Most of the Mime encoded attachements get hosed and all
messages get equals "=" signs inserted at the top of headers for each
post because the message separator line in archive notebook is 73 equals
characters. Does this sound like correct behaviour for a mail device ?
Does anyone know of something I can have listserv (Listserv 14.5,
postfix 2.1.1) do differently like encode to something else ?

Thanks.
