question on netwide deletes

I need to run fairly small netwide delete.  I want the job to run
off prime time.  looking in my notebooks, i see:
 
Prime=QuietNo and Prime=NoQuiet
 
Which ( first/second/either/neither ) do I use ??
 
mike  ( I don't see "prime" mentioned in LISTJOB memo ? )
