I found the following in Lisa Covi's LISTSERV TIPS:
 
>You can customize (by list) the messages that LISTSERV sends to users
>upon completion of a command. You will be working with a LISTSERV file
>called $DEFAULT MAILFORM.
 
Now my question...does anyone know where/how to obtain $DEFAULT MAILFORM?
