The data for the notebooks is automatically appended by LISTSERV. Unless
you want to override a security attribute for a particular archive file,
you should not have the entries for the notebooks in the filelist. Every
month there will be a new notebook and it is simpler if LISTSERV
maintains all these entries for you. The dual comments are because when
you do a GET of a filelist, LISTSERV automatically adds a few comments
about the meaning of the various codes. These comments are not part of
the filelist, they are part of LISTSERV and can change from time to time.
If you check the filelists on LISTSERV 191 you will see that they do not
contain these comments. So you should just remove them from NAME-L
FILELIST and you will then have a single set of comments, properly
updated as the code/functionality changes.
