I am running listserv 1.8e on Win 2000.  Ever so often our SQL server will
hang up and in the process it will cause the List Serv to hang as well.  I
think this occurs if a job is sent to it while it's DB connection to the SQL
server is down.  Is there a way to detect this, I thought about monitoring
the services, but wasn't sure if this would actually detect the outage,
since the service is still showing the running status.
