Your LISTSERV got parts 1-4, assembled them into a CARD LOADable file and
transferred  it to  you for  manual  installation, as  dictacted by  your
change in  LSV$INST. And of  course it purged  parts 1-4 after  doing so.
You're not supposed  to send to LISTSERV a manual  install shipment since
by definition it's supposed to be installed manually, not automatically.
