I am  going to hold this  list for a while  so that I can  change the existing
peering topology.  Phil asked me to  remove UIUCVMD from the  peers chain, and
DEARN  is  far  from  being  a  central node  (Germany  will  soon  become  an
"end-country" with only one international line anyway). As it is now, all mail
has to go  through DEARN before reaching the states,  and considering the file
queues on FRMOP22->CEARN, this seems to be taking almost 4 days.
