I think if you really want to do this accounting easily and accurately, you
should take a look in the site manager's manual where the system changelog
is discussed.  You can't get the report mailed to you automatically by
LISTSERV, but you should be able to write a script to parse the changelog
and mail you the results on a daily (or whatever) basis.
