I have some exciting news to share with all of you interested in business
discussions.  At Edgesound we have been doing research for the past year on
internet mailing lists and discussions.  We have run experiments and talked
with hundreds of internet users like yourself, and we have monitored this
list, as well as many others, and found its discussions to be topical,
intelligent, and well worth our time.   As a result, we have created a new
on-line newsletter called "THE EDGE."
This newsletter is completely and absolutely free.
 
What is the purpose of THE EDGE?
 To provide to the subscriber a broad base of
information on a variety of business topics.
 
Who can subscribe to THE EDGE?
Anyone who is serious about wanting to further
their business financially and ethically.
 
Is THE EDGE similar to a mailing list or digest? Yes, There are some
similarites.  First, it is easy to SUBSCRIBE and UNSUBSCRIBE to THE EDGE.
 Second, It contains worthwile discussions on business topics from
individuals like yourself. Third, it is completely free.
However, there are some distinct differences.
First of all, THE EDGE is strictly mediated. Ever article must be personally
approved by the Editor in Chief to appear in the newsletter. This will help
to maintain high quality and timeworthy reading.
Second,  THE EDGE will not just include one group of list subscribers.
Contributors from many different lists and places will have the opportunity
to submit and share articles. This will create many new opportunites for
shared experiences and info. to all subscribers.
Third,  THE EDGE will be interactive (in a sense). However, since it is a
newsletter gratification may not always be as quick as a list.  But, THE EDGE
will provide all those who submit articles fantastic exposure.
 
NOTE:  THE EDGE is not intended to take the place of any mailing list.
 Indeed, Subscribers are encouraged to be involved in as many lists and
discussions as possible.  We will ALL benefit from that.
 
When will THE EDGE be issued?  There is, as of yet, no set time when each
addition will be distributed.  Each issuing will depend on how much
information is being contributed.  You may receive more than one addition per
week or only one per month.  It looks like there is going to be an
overwhelming response so you can look forward to many info packed additions.
(probably once a week).
 
Are back issues available?  Not yet because the first issue is under
construction right now.  However, YES back issues will be available to all
subscribers upon request.
