For this paritcular case, you're supposed to wait for those files to become
available from ftp.rice.edu; any luck getting those files from IRISHVMA is
a pleasant side effect of Eric's work on LISTSERV and not what we had in
mind.
 
Eric does offer various F=xxx options on GET commands which ship the files
in different formats such as UUE; these formats might be helpful in the
general case.  However, in this particular case, just wait for the files to
become available via FTP.  :-)
