I have modified the UIUCVMD LISTSERV so that if a 113 error (disk full)
occurs on the notebook disk again (in LSVXMAIL) then I will get a warning
and LISTSERV will drop into CP or LOGOFF.  I have also applied a possible
fix to a local exec that might correct the problem.  If the fix does not
work, there may still be an interruption of service.  Otherwise, LISTSERV
is back into continuous disconnected operation here.
