You can set Reply-To=List,Ignore or [log in to unmask],Ignore in
the list header, depending if this list is one that is interactive, or
not. It won't guarantee it, but most modern mailers will respect
Reply-to headers.

Hello,

When one of my users sends an email to the list, they will receive OOO
replies directly to them.  I've searched through the archives here and
didn't see anything.  Is there a way to do this?
