Bottom line, unless you are on VM List-ID= is obsolete and shouldn't
be used.  What I would recommend is that you just get rid of the
List-ID= .  If there are historical reasons for having the list available
under both names, it would make more sense to set up a dummy header
for the ENGINEERING-ALUMNI list with a New-List= keyword pointing to
ENG-ALUMNI .  Either that or rename the ENG-ALUMNI list to ENGINEERING-ALUMNI.
