June, I  can't say  yes, and  I can't  say no.  It's not  impossible, but
nothing proves that it's the case.  Maybe some IBM fix introduced after I
wrote the mod  added a bug somewhere?  Maybe the bug was  there since the
very beginning and  for some reason it  is only triggered in  the case of
CUNY-XYZ links? Maybe  it has nothing to  do with my mod?  I really can't
provide any help there.
