      Did you plan a global review or just a local one ? :-)
 
In anycase  you will  all agree that  more than once  you planned  on an
innocent local review and you received  xx files that you simply purged.
Naturally, most of the times, you  went 'oops' 0.5 seconds after you hit
Enter. Too late ;-)
 
I would suggest that LOCAL should be the default for REVIEW
