It's got nothing to do with listserv - it's my signature file.  Basically
it was prompted because some administrator here felt that MS-Windows
was too confusing with all those extra menu choices at the top.
Now the Program Manager has only File and Edit options.  I really
don't know how they did it...

If you want to make life easier for novice computer users, do NOT give
them a restricted menu.  A restricted menu is simply the lazy way to
avoid teaching them what they really need to know in the first place.
