If you have Postmaster privileges issue the following command:

SHOW POINTS ALL

This will return all list names, the number of subscribers, and how many
'points' each list has consumed.  For sites running a graduated licence
this is an excellent way to track how you're going for available points.
Those running an unlimited licence need not worry about the points.
