This message does not exist. There is no place in the code where LISTSERV
says "* Sorry!  DISTRIBUTE has been disabled". I must  conclude that this
is a local mod that has not  been brought to my (or anybody's) attention,
even though  UCHCECVM is a  backbone site  and the effects  on DISTRIBUTE
jobs are  obvious, since  they are getting  rejected. To  prevent further
loss of files, I am forced to take UCHCECVM off the backbone immediately.
